Dennis McPhail has been making his name known in the art, hotrod and tattoo communities for the last 17 years.

Dennis made his living as a commercial artist before tattooing, doing work for clients including Rod & Custom Magazine, Ed 'Big Daddy' Roth, West Coast Choppers, and Metallica.

Dennis Apprenticed under Erik Inclan in the famed 'Deep Ellum' District in Dallas, Texas. After the apprenticeship, Dennis started building his clientel at Skinsations Tattoo in Ark City, Kansas, before opening Artist at Large Tattoo in Wellington, Kansas. Dennis moved Artist at Large Tattoo and World Headquarters to it's current and final home in Wichita in June of 2005.
